How to Add Custom Contact Form for Your Blog

Form is really essential for a blog. It is used for inviting someone in your blog, collecting information etc. In this tutorial I'll show you making custom contact form for your blogger site with google form option. Lets see how to proceed with this tutorial. 

Step 01: 

sign in to your Google Drive using your Google Account. 

Step 02:

Select Google Form from More option. Create a new form according to your choice. 

Step 03: 

Now goto send form.
Step 04:

Click on Embed button.
Step 05:

Copy the Code
Step 06:

Now open a page in your Blog and and paste this copied code in the content box. Remember: You must put/paste the code in HTML format.
Thats it............You are done with custom Contact Page.
